About Ramia Rentals

As a locally owned small rental & construction company, we focus on quality student and family rentals.  We have rental properties and housing in Salisbury, Fruitland, Delmar, Laurel and Seaford.  All of our rentals have central air with many being fairly new construction.  For our students (including Salisbury University housing), we offer individual lease agreements (A Parent's favorite!).  For our single family homes we offer rent with option to buy and assist you through the process.  Please feel free to browse our site and see what we have to offer.
